Specialized Industry Tools
By incorporating advanced technologies into our home inspections, we can provide a more detailed and accurate assessment of the condition of a property, helping homeowners and buyers make informed decisions about their investment.

Moisture Meter – Moisture meters are useful in identifying hidden moisture problems, such as water damage behind walls or beneath flooring, which may not be visible.

Gas Leak Detector – Gas leaks are often odorless and invisible, making them difficult to detect without a gas leak detector. Gas leaks can pose a serious safety risk, as they can lead to explosions, fires, and carbon monoxide poisoning.

Infrared Camera –These cameras work by detecting the thermal energy emitted by objects and surfaces, allowing inspectors to identify variations in temperature that may indicate issues.
Mark Johnson is a Level 1 Thermographer, meaning he has received specialized training and certification in the use of infrared cameras for home inspections.

Aerial Drone – During a home inspection, aerial drones can be used to capture high-resolution images and video footage of a property’s roof, gutters, chimneys, and other hard-to-reach areas. The drone’s camera can capture detailed images and footage, which can be reviewed later to identify any potential issues, such as missing or damaged roof shingles, clogged gutters, or other damage.

360 Degree Camera – 360 degree cameras capture high-resolution images and videos in all directions, providing a complete view of the entire property. These images make the home inspection report more interactive, as you can zoom in and pan around the whole room.
